Design with You in Mind

Role: Member of the design and construction documentation team whie at River Street Architecture for a $100M mixed-use, seven-story development encompassing approximately 162,000 SF.

Design Intent: Designed to support a growing live-work community, the development combines residential, retail, and lifestyle amenities within a cohesive urban environment. The project provides luxury apartment living while fostering an active pedestrian experience through the integration of restaurant and retail spaces at street level.

The approximately 20,000 SF ground floor is dedicated to commercial tenant spaces, creating a human-scaled streetscape that engages the surrounding neighborhood and contributes to the vitality of the district. Above, the residential component offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts, accommodating a diverse range of residents from young professionals to families.

Resident amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, and pet spa, enhance the living experience and promote a sense of community. The overall design balances efficiency and comfort, creating a modern residential environment that supports both individual lifestyles and long-term neighborhood growth.
