Architect-Designed Homes, Ready to Build
Thoughtfully designed homes organized into curated collections, available in multiple packages that let you explore the design, move into construction, or tailor it to your needs.
The Collections bring together architect-designed homes that are fully developed and ready to move forward into construction. Instead of starting from scratch, you begin with a complete design and choose how far you want to take it—from exploring the concept, to preparing construction drawings, to making limited adjustments that better fit your lifestyle.
Each home is available in three clear paths:
A clearer starting point, without the uncertainty of beginning from nothing.
Single-Build License
All collection homes are sold with a non-transferable license for the construction of one residence. Plans may not be copied, resold, shared, or used for multiple builds without written authorization.

Lines through time.
In architecture, every line drawn today rests upon countless lines drawn before. Legacy is a minimalist design collection that honors this continuum—where past and present meet in quiet dialogue.
Each design—Form, Frame, and Echo—distills architectural heritage into essential elements: the purity of shape, the deliberate act of framing space, and the subtle reverberations of history that inform contemporary design. Together, they celebrate what endures: the silent strength of structure, the grace of proportion, and the timeless language of design.
Frame explores the interplay between interior and exterior, past and present. Each line draws attention not just to what is built, but to the spaces in between—those silent voids that carry our stories forward.
Echo captures the subtle reverberations of historic design in contemporary minimalism. A dialogue between past inspirations and present interpretations, it reflects how legacy quietly shapes the modern world.

Form celebrates the essential shapes that define architecture across generations. Clean lines, quiet strength, and timeless geometry come together to honor the enduring power of design stripped to its essence.
Recently, I worked on a home for a client who dreamed of passing it down to their kids. It made me stop and remember my own childhood home, where I lived for eighteen years.
I can still see myself, sitting on my bed in the late afternoon, waiting for the sun to set through those three tall windows that faced our side yard. Mornings meant walking through the shared hallway, passing my parents or siblings on the way to our single bathroom. Small moments that felt like home. Just a few steps led up to the dining area, where the smell of breakfast made everything feel warm and familiar. And from that table, I could watch sunshine or rain fall into the courtyard beside us. Down a few steps into the living room—watching TV, stepping out through glass doors to the courtyard, sinking into our hammock, swinging gently, looking through the trellises at the sky or at the contrast of the garden plants against the rough stone wall. Those spaces weren’t just built—they held our lives. They framed our memories.
That’s what inspired the Legacy collection.
How architecture, through simple lines and thoughtful design, carries not just structure—but stories—forward through time.
